Email Institute Information Collection Practices
The Email Institute collects and stores the information you provide to us through our Sites. For instance, you provide information to us through registration and other forms we may ask you to complete. This may include such personal information as your name, the company you work for, business title, postal address, email address, telephone number, marketing preferences, and other information. The Email Institute collects only the information necessary to process a request you make to the Email Institute.
In addition, the Email Institute automatically collects certain information from your computer, such as your web browser, IP address and pages visited on our Sites.
Email Institute Information Use Practices

Opt-Out of Email Institute Communications
The Email Institute maintains an email marketing newsletter list to communicate with our members. Individuals must affirmatively ask to join our email list by opting-in. By opting-in to this list, you will receive communications from the Email Institute and occasionally Epsilon. All email messages sent to this list include an opportunity to unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving future newsletters and alerts. You may also request to be removed from our email marketing newsletter list by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Access to and Correction of Personal Information
If you have an account with the Email Institute, you can access it and modify your information at any time by logging in. You may also cancel your account at anytime by clicking here. To request access to and correction of the information we have about you or to request deletion of your personal information from our systems, you may also send us your request via email to email@example.com.
If you feel that information about the Email Institute could be useful for a third party you know (e.g. your friends, colleagues or family members), you may use our send-to-a-friend functionality. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about the Email Institute, we will ask you for your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our Sites. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
