This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the Email Institute on www.emailinstitute.com and other affiliate sites that link directly to this Policy (collectively, “Sites”). This Privacy Policy is designed to ensure that visitors to our Sites understand how and why the Email Institute collects and uses information provided by users of our Sites. Opt-Out of Email Institute Communications
The Email Institute maintains an email marketing newsletter list to communicate with our members. Individuals must affirmatively ask to join our email list by opting-in. By opting-in to this list, you will receive communications from the Email Institute and occasionally Epsilon. All email messages sent to this list include an opportunity to unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving future newsletters and alerts. Access to and Correction of Personal Information
If you have an account with the Email Institute, you can access it and modify your information at any time by logging in. You may also cancel your account at anytime by clicking here. To request access to and correction of the information we have about you or to request deletion of your personal information from our systems, you may also send us your request via email to info@emailinstitute.com.
 
Send-to-a-Friend
If you feel that information about the Email Institute could be useful for a third party you know (e.g. your friends, colleagues or family members), you may use our send-to-a-friend functionality. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about the Email Institute, we will ask you for your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our Sites. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
